Ambuja Foundation was named in the Top 20 of India’s Best NGOs to Work for in 2023, thanks to a study by Great Place to Work. The study recognized organisations that have created a High-Trust, High Performance Culture for their employees. All nominated organisations went through a rigorous assessment and were evaluated through 2 lenses. The first lens measured the quality of employee experience through a globally validated survey instrument, Trust Index Survey. The survey helps seek anonymous feedback from employees and carries 75% weightage.
The second lens was called Culture Audit and is a proprietary tool that evaluates the strength of the leadership as supported by meaningful values and philosophy, and the quality of the practices and programs that shape employee experience, build consistent levels of trust and enable each individual to use their potential to better organizational performance. Again, this carries 25% weightage. The cumulative score of the Trust Index and Culture Audit determines an organization’s inclusion in India’s Best NGOs to Work For. No individual or jury has a say in who makes it to the Top 10 list – only employee feedback and quality of Culture Audit determines if an organization is a great workplace.
“This is a wonderful honor, and validates the years we have invested in fostering an enabling culture within Ambuja Foundation that gives our employees the space to learn and grow, with our support. It is their certification of working with Ambuja Foundation which is of importance to us” said Pearl Tiwari, CEO Ambuja Foundation. “It is also reflected in the many, many long term employees we have who have chosen to dedicate their careers to our mission – we are grateful to have such commitment and dedication to the cause.” she said.
